About CREST Award
The CREST Award is a nationally recognized program in the UK that celebrates students’ achievements in STEM through hands-on, project-based learning. Managed by the British Science Association, it offers students the opportunity to design and carry out their own investigations, develop problem-solving skills, and explore real-world scientific challenges. The award is well-known and highly regarded within the UK and internationally. Schools, colleges, universities, and employers value it as a mark of achievement in independent research and practical learning. Many schools integrate it into their curriculum or extracurricular activities, and it is often endorsed by STEM organizations for its focus on developing research, teamwork, and communication skills.
